Certifired Client FAQs

  • The application works offline, if you are working on sites that have no or limited reception it is best to switch to airplane mode.

    We recommend that you head into the inspection task that you would like to do work in whilst you still have reception, then once the task loads turn your phone to airplane mode.

    Continue your work like you normally would.

    When you have completed your assigned work, return to service and turn airplane mode off.

    It will then display your work is syncing.

    After it’s synced confirm your work is uploaded into the App.

  • The application does not provide a test reference automatically. A test / reference attribute could be added if you would like one.

  • No, there are no limits to the number of items or photos you can add within Certifired.

  • To see a larger version of images within exported reports, click on the photograph thumbnail within the report.

    Images can also be viewed bigger on the web app by selecting the edit or view button click on top of a photo.

  • Jobs can be set up via your mobile as long as you have the right permissions (either a Master or Super user).

  • Although encouraged as it shows where inspections have taken place and their compliance status at a glance, you are able to create a register and carry out inspections as per normal without uploading marked up plans.

  • As a Certifired user, you will have access to our client portal which houses a number of short training videos covering a range of functions and processes of the app, with step by step instructions. Alternatively, you can contact support@plustechnologies.com.au at anytime and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

  • You can only have one Master user account, however you can set up as many Super, Standard, or Basic level users as you like.

  • Yes, you can set up a client or project using the mobile version as long as you are a Master or Super user.
